Situated in the center of the village, in the shadow of the Fort, Najar Bagh (Garden with a nice view) is a rather large garden.
A part of the irrigation channels can still be traced, and the wall is still intact. But all other historical elements have disappeared. Some stones, a part of the plinth, are the only remnants of what must have been the temple.
The government school for girls, originally in the fort, shifted to Najar Bagh, in new buildings. We had entered a proposal for these buildings to be in the same style as the Lost Gardens buildings, and to integrate a gardening program (vegetables and fruits) in the school curriculum. However, this hasn't been realised (yet).
