One of the aims of the Royal Gardens Project is to promote sustainable tourism, and one of the means hereto is to have the tourists slow down and enjoy the local life.
In the gardens, the visitor can get a glimpse of the rural traditions and lore. Especially, in Pateriya ka Bagh and in Rani Bagh, the principles of conservation agriculture, agroforestry and sustainable agriculture are highlighted.
The entrance to the gardens is free, and every farmer will be happy to show you around.
If you want a guided tour, you can try to locate Rajju Khan, who is also involved in the Lost Gardens Project.
